Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change and overcome problems in desired ways. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual's well being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills. Certain psychotherapies are considered evidence-based for treating some diagnosed mental disorders.

Brain Wave Therapy
Brain waves are patterns of electrical activity occurring in the brain. They are crucial to all aspects of brain functioning: thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Because brain activity can be influenced and altered through neurofeedback, desirable brain activity can be increased in those who are experiencing symptoms of certain mental health conditions.

Brain Enhancement & Enrichment Program – (BEEP)
BEEP is the training program that increases the learning ability, cognitive skills, improve concentration and confidence. This training program leads to brighter academic performance and regular growth. It empowers mind and increase brain power. The mesencephalon, is a small region of the brain that serves as a relay center for visual, auditory, and motor system information. It is located above the brain stem of human beings. It is responsible for the perception of stimuli and the subsequent communication with the right and left hemispheres to process this perceptive information. Typically, as part of the lower brain centres, the inter brain is not subject to an individuals conscious awareness. Brain is important part of human body and with the age capability of thinking and remembering things start decreasing, which means functioning of brain get slower in this age. But with the regular brain exercises, one can keep brain young and healthy; these brain exercises are helpful for increasing memory and retention. Even the doctors and scientists recommend for the brain exercise. So following are some benefits of BEEP
- It improves creativity and imagination
- It enhances concentration and improves memory
- It improves the absorption capability
- Person can have better self confidence with this training program
- It leads to balancing of left and right brain
- It improves emotional stability

- Sound sleep is good for brain development so brain exercises help you to have sound sleep
- These exercises help your body to control weight, cholesterol, and blood pressure
- These exercises help you to burst out your stress

Memory & Concentration Boosting
They say that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but when it comes to the brain, scientists have discovered that this old adage simply isn’t true. The human brain has an astonishing ability to adapt and change—even into old age. This ability is known as neuroplasticity. With the right stimulation, your brain can form new neural pathways, alter existing connections, and adapt and react in ever-changing ways. The brain’s incredible ability to reshape itself holds true when it comes to learning and memory. You can harness the natural power of neuroplasticity to increase your cognitive abilities, enhance your ability to learn new information, and improve your memory at any age.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP's creators claim there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. Bandler and Grinder also claim that NLP methodology can "model" the skills of exceptional people, allowing anyone to acquire those skills. They claim as well that, often in a single session, NLP can treat problems such as phobias, depression, tic disorders, psychosomatic illnesses, near-sightedness, allergy, common cold, and learning disorders.

Hypnotism
Hypnosis is a state of human consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. The term may also refer to an art, skill, or act of inducing hypnosis. During hypnosis, a person is said to have heightened focus and concentration. The person can concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory, while blocking out sources of distraction. Hypnotised subjects are said to show an increased response to suggestions. Hypnosis is usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestion. The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy", while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as "stage hypnosis". Stage hypnosis is often performed by mentalists practicing the art form of mentalism

Psychometric Tests
Psychometric tests are a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals' mental capabilities and behavioural style. Psychometric tests are designed to measure candidates' suitability for a role based on the required personality characteristics and aptitude (or cognitive abilities). They identify the extent to which candidates' personality and cognitive abilities match those required to perform the role. Employers use the information collected from the psychometric test to identify the hidden aspects of candidates that are difficult to extract from a face-to-face interview.

Scientific Relaxation
It is the emotional state of a living being, of low tension, in which there is an absence of arousal that could come from sources such as anger, anxiety, or fear. Scientific relaxation is when the body and mind are free from tension and anxiety. It is a form of mild ecstasy coming from the frontal lobe of the brain in which the backward cortex sends signals to the frontal cortex via a mild sedative. Relaxation helps improve coping with stress. Stress is the leading cause of mental problems and physical problems, therefore feeling relaxed is beneficial for a person's health. When we are stressed, the sympathetic nervous system is activated because we are in a fight-or-flight response mode; over time, this could have negative effects on a human body.

Confidence Boosting
Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels. Confidence comes from feelings of well-being, acceptance of your body and mind (self-esteem) and belief in your own ability, skills and experience. Confidence is not a static measure, our confidence to perform roles and tasks can increase and decrease; some days we may feel more confident than others. By confidence boosting you can attain better confidence in life or in any situation.

Mind Power Boosting
Did you know that your measurable level of intelligence (IQ), memory, focus, and overall brain power are not permanently set levels. And that, there are things you can do to make yourself much smarter, no matter your age .It's true, once believed to be constant beyond a certain life stage, mainstream science has now accepted that we all can upgrade our brain Contrary to the widely accepted scientific opinion of decades ago, the recently discovered "neuroplastic" nature of our brains means that our intellectual/ creative potentials are not set in genetic stone, there are certain things we can do to improve its performance. So, just like your leg muscles, you can beneficially build the strength and even the size of your brain in the healthiest and most natural of ways. Then, what is the best way to build a better brain.

Stress Relief
It is refers to the wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's levels of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning. Stress produces numerous physical and mental symptoms which vary according to each individual's situational factors. These can include physical health decline as well as depression. The process of stress management is named as one of the keys to a happy and successful life in modern society. Although life provides numerous demands that can prove difficult to handle, stress management provides a number of ways to manage anxiety and maintain overall well-being.

Controlling Anxiety & Nervousness
Anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders and even post-traumatic stress disorder are all classified as ―anxiety disorders‖. In order to be diagnosed with one, you must meet certain criteria: the way in which you experience your symptoms must be severe enough, appear often enough and become disruptive enough to be called an anxiety disorder. Anxiety in all its forms, ranging form mild nervousness to severe panic, is an extremely common human experience. Sometimes people find a small amount of this emotion exciting and fun: for example, skydiving as a hobby would involve some level of nervousness, at least the first time. Similarly, watching a suspenseful or scary movie would create some feeling of anxiety, but many people really enjoy this type of entertainment.

Sleep Induction
Sleep induction is the deliberate effort to bring on sleep by various techniques. It is practiced to lengthen periods of sleep, increase the effectiveness of sleep, and to reduce or prevent insomnia .An often neglected side benefit of regular total body relaxation is an improved ability to fall asleep quickly and to sleep soundly. There are exercises which can be used as a means of relaxing - and then drift to sleep from this relaxed state. There are two main reasons why relaxation techniques are useful for inducing sleep. First, a relaxed body is prepared for sleep; and second, when you focus your attention inward on a specific routine, you are less likely to think about outside stimuli or thoughts that would hinder the sleeping process.
