Personality Tests

Personality tests measure your personal characteristics, your emotional makeup, and your stability. It is a psychological inquiry which measures the psychological preferences of the way in which people perceive the world and make decisions.


Aptitude Tests

Aptitude tests measure your ability to acquire a skill or do a particular type of work. These are the type of tests employers typically use to screen candidates for employment. There are tests to determine whether you have an aptitude for sales or for firefighting, for example.


Career Tests

Career tests are used to provide an indication of which jobs match your personality type and which careers you have an aptitude for. Career assessments have played a critical role in career development. Assessments of some or all of these attributes are often used by individuals or organizations, such as university career service centers, career counselors, outplacement companies, corporate human resources staff, executive coaches, to help individuals make more informed career decisions.


Intelligence (IQ) Tests

Intelligence tests measure your intellectual functioning, or in plain language, how smart you are. They are designed to measure an individual's mental skills. A person's intelligent quotient (IQ) is a measure of intelligence derived from the results of specially designed tests.
